Mixed berry mint smoothie

Essay #4 Science 5th Grade

For the smoothie you will need:



  • 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
  • 1 cup chunks of pineapple
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of cashew milk (or any kind of milk you like)
  • Vitamix or a good blander.


Place all the above ingredients in the blender’s container and blend them for 30 seconds or until a smooth consistency is reached.

Serve chilled.

Note: use organic ingredients.
