For the smoothie you will need:
- 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
- 1 cup chunks of pineapple
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of cashew milk (or any kind of milk you like)
- Vitamix or a good blander.
Place all the above ingredients in the blender’s container and blend them for 30 seconds or until a smooth consistency is reached.
Note: use organic ingredients.
